We need someone who can manage our presence across all major platforms: Platforms: - TikTok - Instagram (Reels, Stories, Feed) - YouTube Shorts - X (Twitter) - Facebook - Threads What you'll do: - Create and post 3-5 short-form videos per week - Write captions, hashtags, and copy tailored to each platform - Post daily and engage with comments, DMs, and relevant communities - Grow all accounts organically from zero - Track analytics and report what's working - Stay on top of trends, sounds, and formats across all platforms - Advise on paid advertising when we're ready Ideal candidate: - Proven experience growing social media accounts, especially in sports, fitness, or app promotion - Familiar with CapCut, Canva, or similar content creation tools - Can show examples of accounts or content you've managed - Understanding of sports culture This is ongoing part-time work, 5-10 hours/week to start. We need an Anchor/Rust program (Solana smart contract) plus supporting on-chain logic. Concretely: Core program (the main work): A pricing module β a deterministic, fixed-point payoff function of an oracle-supplied index value (simple clamped linear math, no order book or AMM curve). A settlement module β a scheduled, idempotent batch routine that, on a weekly cadence, crystallizes each open position's P&L, settles cash against the pool vault, and re-anchors the position. (This is the novel, most important part β needs careful, well-tested implementation.) A funding module β a fee that accrues per settlement and scales with how long a position has been held. Position accounts (per-user PDAs: side, size, age, banked P&L) and pool accounting (USDC vault, open-interest caps, per-user caps). Supporting: Oracle integration β consuming a signed index feed on-chain (we may use Switchboard custom feeds; candidate should advise). Multiple isolated pools (one per leverage tier), each with its own vault and parameters. Open / close / settle instructions, with strict account validation, caps enforcement, and a pause authority. Engagement model: ~2β3 month contract, milestone-based, devnet first β guarded mainnet beta. Code will go through multi-model AI review and then a third-party security audit; the developer collaborates with the audit, not works around it. Heavy use of AI coding tools (Claude Code etc.) is welcome and expected to accelerate. Must have: shipped Solana/Anchor programs to mainnet (ideally DeFi or anything handling user funds); strong grasp of Solana's account/PDA/signer security model; fixed-point arithmetic discipline; an adversarial "how would I drain this?" mindset. Nice to have: oracle integration experience (Switchboard/Pyth), prior audit-firm interaction, perps/AMM/lending background.
Weβre looking for a Google Ads and conversion tracking expert to review and clean up our current tracking setup before we launch new Demand Gen retargeting campaigns. Our Google Ads account is around seven years old and has accumulated several older tracking connections over time, including Google Ads tags, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and legacy AdWords-related conversion actions. Right now, our website appears to have multiple conversion/tracking setups active, and we want to make sure everything is accurate, simple, and optimized correctly. The main goal is to confidently track conversions from our Typeform application and use that conversion action to optimize retargeting campaigns, especially Demand Gen remarketing campaigns. We need someone who can audit the current setup and help us answer questions like: Which conversion action should we be optimizing toward in Google Ads? Should our primary conversion tracking be coming from Google Ads, Google Analytics, or the Google Tag? Are there duplicate or outdated conversion actions that should be removed or set as secondary? Is our Typeform application conversion being tracked correctly? Are our remarketing audiences being built correctly from website visitors and Typeform/application behavior? Is the account ready to launch Demand Gen retargeting campaigns optimized toward the correct conversion action? Scope of Work: Review our Google Ads account conversion actions Review current Google Tag / GTM / GA4 setup Identify duplicate, outdated, or conflicting conversion tracking Confirm whether Typeform application submissions are being tracked correctly Recommend the cleanest and most reliable conversion setup Help configure or advise on the correct primary conversion action Provide a clear summary of what was fixed, what should stay, and what should be removed or deprioritized Ideal Candidate: Strong experience with Google Ads conversion tracking Strong understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads tags Experience with Typeform conversion tracking Able to simplify messy legacy tracking setups Able to clearly explain what should be optimized and why
